Emerging Problems Facing Americans in Employment and Debt

From the different surveys it has been notified that United States is under great dejection and the economy is facing one of the greatest challenges in decades. These problems emerge since last seven years from when the employment rate decline and shakes the income rate of Americans.  As the economy slow down it affect directly to the normal person households and make them weaker and unsustainable as well. From a survey it has been highlighted that in 2001 from January through August, the economy has been shedding jobs, throwing more workers into the labor market, Losing their jobs, incomes and homes as well. All these problems of decline in economy or in employment rate and in dept as well are linked with issues like Race, Ethnicity, Sports and Politics as well. It appears a bit anomalous to have such issues, which result in growing inequality that affects the countrys economy in such a manner. Recently, Barack Obama revealed the fact that how he faces all these problems of race within his period of getting into this position when people used to comment on him that he is either too black or not black enough. (Greenspun)

All such problems of inequality is widely blamed on globalization as we can see that since 1980 the incomes of those who are at the top level  have doubled, while those in the middle and at the bottom have remained flat. Similarly with these weaker distributive policies, growth has benefited only to a limited set of Americans. To overcome such sort of problems as decline in economy Americans have to settle the issues like lingering racial discrimination the true role of education in determining income and the labor-market factors that have depressed earnings for blacks and whites.
