Liberal capitalism is defined as an organization based on the open markets, limited government, private property in the means of manufacture, and a high grade of inequality. Liberal capitalism refers to the classic liberalism of 19th century England, and also refers to an inherent system of social control based on faith in the market.

Most economies have ideas from both Capitalism and Socialism systems, but a lot of socialist ideas commonly come from communism.

Capitalism is the financial coordination based on private or corporate ownership of, manufacture and delivery of goods. Capitalism is characterized by antagonism in which there is rivalry in supplying or receiving an economic service or good. Capitalists support a scheme of free enterprise which means the government should not get in the way in the economy.

Socialism is an economic hypothesis or thought that states that the government should be in charge of economic scheduling, manufacture and distribution of products. This contrasts with capitalism where free markets predominate and property is privately owned. Socialism tends to support cooperation whereas capitalism is characterized by antagonism.

The socialism theories helped the industrial revolution to become wealthy and the workers impoverished. Based on the writings of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, socialism called as communism. At one time communism predominate the former Soviet Union. Today it dominates some of the Asian countries, but its influence has narrowed.

The socialism ideas and programs are failed to reach the poor, the central planning in socialist economies raises the prices of individual supplies, and this led the European countries to do experiments. The decentralization of markets does not resolve the tribulations of incentives in socialism. This is the main cause great versions of socialism fail.

European countries show interest to move towards socialism. Why because when compare to capitalism theories, socialism theories helped the common people and industries to develop economically.

Cold War
Cold War, the struggle for power and influence in the years after World War II between the Communist nations led by the Soviet Union and the Western allies headed by the United States. For more than forty years these two countries directly exposed each other with nuclear weapons. The cold war dominates international dealings for decades and many major crises occurred. In the late 1980s the cold war came to an end with the collapse of the European Communism, and in the year of 1991 the Soviet Union was broke down in to 15 independent countries.

The most dangerous legacy of the Cold War would influence the world affairs. In cold war nuclear weapons are used, the effect of nuclear weapons still remains it leads millions of people suffering around the globe.

Cold war is the silence fight between two main parts of the globe, it has threatened the existing of the world with a single bullet being fired directly of this war, shows its greatness as a war never happened but existed for half a century.
